Alisa is a leadership expert who delivers high-energy, transformative presentations that challenge audiences of one or 600 to leverage their focus and pay attention to what matters most in life: self. She is on a mission to transform mental health and wellness by valuing and supporting the whole person and its effect on their personal and professional lives. With her signature style of science and soul, Alisa's one-of-a-kind, thought-provoking, knowledgeable conversations with her audience will challenge them to create sustainable change by "thinking about what you are thinking about," informative insights, and practical actions. Through her years of transformative work and extensive mental health wellness, education, and business knowledge, Alisa has witnessed redemption and introspective change in our communities and beyond.

Alisa earned her MS from Walden University and the National Certified Counselor designation. She is Re- Wellness Center, Inc.'s founder and executive director. This nonprofit provides comprehensive wellness programs and educational services. In addition, she is the founder and clinical director of The Re-Counseling Group. Alisa has over 14 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She is a Certified Wellness Counselor (CWC), a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, an Internal Family Systems Specialist, and an Emotional Freedom Techniques Specialist. In addition, Alisa has 18 years of teaching in higher academia. She is an adjunct professor teaching educational psychology at Central Ohio Technical College.

Alisa has been married to Ben for over 23 years. They enjoy life's adventures with their two boys, Rylan, 20, and Garrett, 16.
